Event Information

This is the 2nd annual WWBA Southeast Qualifier #1, which will take place in northwest Atlanta. Past champions of this event include: Team Elite 18's Prime (14).

This event will serve as a qualifier event for the 2015 WWBA World Championship, which will be held October 22-26 in Jupiter, FL.  The winner of this event will receive an automatic paid invitation. 

**No Metal Spikes Allowed at LakePoint**

BAT TYPE: Wood bat only. Must be composed of one solid piece of wood. Composite bats are not allowed.

ENTRY FEE: $1000/team 
**NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. PERFECT GAME WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR**

AGE LIMIT: 2016 Graduates. Must be in HS to be eligible.

COOLERS: Coolers/drinks will NOT be allowed. 

GAMES: 4 guaranteed, weather permitting. Teams are expected to be able to play Friday, Sept 11 at 8:00 AM.

HOTELS: All teams will be required to book housing through LakePoint's official housing bureau. You will be notified as soon as we are ready to start accepting reservations.

GATE PRICES: 
All Tournament Pass (entry to all games during week) - $25/person 

Daily Pass (entry to all games during specific day) - $10/person 

Children 14 and younger are free.

2015 Southeast Qualifier #1 Tournament Format

Winner receives paid invitation the the WWBA World Championship in Jupiter, FL

- 36 teams in tournament

- 9 pools of 4 teams each

- Pool winners will advance to single elimination playoffs

- Pool winners will be seeded 1-9 according to Perfect Game tie breaker system

- Home team will be determined by higher seed throughout playoffs

- All teams not advancing to the playoffs will be scheduled a consolation game on Sunday
