Conner Horner is a 2027 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Burlington, NC who attends Eastern Alamance. Lean young build with lots of growing ahead of him. Multi-piece delivery on the mound, high leg raise start, lands closed out front and is cross body at release, 3/4's arm slot with a compact arm action in back, has some deception to his mechanics and pitches. Fastball worked consistently in the low 60's, every fastball cuts due to his cross body release, some with bigger slider-like depth. Curveball is a quality second pitch with good tightness, lands his curveball well. Plays first base when not on the mound. Left handed hitter, long and extended swing, gets his hips rotated into his swing and gets the barrel out front, has some lift and flashes power potential.
