Samuel Berk is a 2025 C/OF with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Madison, NJ who attends Madison. Recorded a 8.15 second sixty yard dash time. Medium frame and lean build. Primary catcher with a high and side straddle set up, stands straight up to throw. Has some explosiveness out of the chute and gains ground well. The operation will continue to be cleaned up but there are some tools there to like. Looked his best when staying low throughout the process. Secondary outfielder with an aggressive approach, stays low to the ground and makes accurate throws from an over the top arm slot. Choppy footwork at times, throws uphill, fields the ball cleanly overall. Did not hit during this event.
