Noah Thompson is a 2025 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Shawnee, KS who attends De Soto. Slender athletic frame. Ran a 7.33 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher that pitched exclusively from the stretch and showed a fastball and slider out of a low three-quarter arm slot. Up to 82 with arm side sink to the fastball located well low in the zone. Slider is a solid out pitch with late horizontal bite that missed bat regularly. Showed the ability to set up hitters and possesses a real out pitch on the mound. Aggressive to the baseball in the outfield with solid defensive actions and maintained momentum working though the baseball to go with a strong throwing arm. Moved well around the bag at first base, gets the glove out front, gathers the feet and makes accurate throws around the diamond. Left-handed hitter hit from an open stance with leg lift timing. Solid average barrel speed though the zone, some in sync swings and developing feel for the barrel at the plate. Named to Kansas City Indoor Top Prospect List. Great Student.
