Noah Chong is a 2028 3B/RHP, OF with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Renton, WA who attends Bellevue Christian. Features a medium-sized frame that is starting to fill out already. Ran a 7.76 60-yd dash. In the INF, he showed avg. foot quickness but gets himself to his spots and into good fielding posture with his soft hands displaying early working low and out front. Arm showed easy quickness with accuracy across getting up to 77 mph. At the plate, he sits in a medium base with an easy/simple trigger that he starts early allowing him to slow things down. Lands balanced as his hands/barrel work into a lower launch position. Showed a clean bat path that worked through the baseball well allowing for a good middle-oppo approach throughout his BP round. Flashed some above avg. bat speed and impact during his round and during gameplay with a couple of loud barrels including a double deep over the CF’s head. On the mound, he worked exclusively from the stretch and showed a simple operation. Some drop/drive tendency with his delivery where he engages his driveleg well before his initial drift down the mound where he works with good direction. Arm gets into a full circle in the back and works continuously to a normal ¾ slot. His fastball topped out at 74 and he showed quality feel in-zone for a slurvy mid 60s breaking ball. Named to Top Prospects List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
