Maksymilian Pierga is a 2023 RHP with a 6-6 225 lb. frame from Barrington, IL who attends Barrington. Tall and strong profile pitcher's build. Fast paced delivery with a hard drive down the mound, can get hard on his front side at times, compact arm action that hides the ball effectively, some energy at release. Fastball sat in the upper 80's, touched 92 mph early, flashes hard arm side running life and also showed the ability to get glove side with his fastball. Showed good feel for a straight change that can be further developed. Landed a soft curveball consistently for strikes, tends to slow his arm and body on this pitch, can see him developing a slider in the future. Good student.
