Nicholas Upperman is a 2023 SS/MIF, OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Sanford, FL who attends Seminole. In the infield he showed nice range up the middle with some arm speed on the throws to first. Stayed back on the ball at times, looks athletic and comfortable through the ball. He showed a very consistent round of batting practice with a lot of pull side line drives. Bat path is very level and has some coil in his load which equated to hand speed. A lot going on with the load but the shortness of the swing makes up for it. Good student.
