Jesus Rangel is a 2023 RHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Medley, FL who attends Felix Varela Senior. Medium frame with slight physicality to the build. Right-handed pitcher only, has slower methodical delivery overall. Simple leg lift and lands slightly open, full arm stroke in the back to an over the top release with developing arm speed. Fastball comes out of the hand clean as he creates sink on it when he stays over top of it and gets to the bottom of the zone. Showed some feel to land the slider for strikes, short depth to it and is able to work it down in the zone. Developing command across the two but clean foundation to build on.
