Carlos Rubio is a 2025 SS/2B, OF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Longwood, FL who attends Bishop Moore. Recorded a 7.51 second 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a medium frame and lean athletic build. Quick first step moving around the infield to both sides. Early glove presentation with funnel out front and mid-body exchange. Throws across the diamond at 80 mph with accuracy on the move. Left-handed hitter with an even base and weight shifted toward the backside. Hanging knee-lift trigger with bat speed through the zone turning the barrel over. Solid foundation with barrel control and pull side impact. Excellent student.
