Roland Clay is a 2025 1B/C with a 5-4 192 lb. frame from Tampa, FL. Smaller frame with a physical build at present. Ran a 9.01 second 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, developing athleticism overall with some youth to his actions, plays back on the ball a bit and works around the ball, occasionally late with the glove but will improve receiving skills as he matures. Right-handed hitter, sets up even with high hands and a high back elbow, works level through the zone with developing bat speed, gets slightly off time but showed some hand-eye that will improve results off the barrel as he adds strength and matures.
