Asher Friedman is a 2024 SS/2B/3B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Rockville, MD who attends Rockville. Medium athletic build with good present strength and room for more. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a late toe tap load, low and tight hand load, has a short swing with good strength in his swing, works middle of the field to pull side, has some uphill plane to his swing and the strength to top spin the ball, recognized spin well in his live at bats and showed barrel skills. Primary middle infielder on defense, has second base arm strength and actions, tends to wait back on the ball with a deep funnel, fielded the ball cleanly. Good student.
