Adrian Rodriguez is a 2025 SS/RHP, 1B, 3B, OF with a 5-5 140 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends Florida Virtual. Young, square shouldered frame with athletic build and a lean built, room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.72 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, sound footwork with short steps moving towards the ball, fields it out front with two hands, some load up moving into release, quicker transfer on the charge play coming in, accurate throws across the diamond with arm strength that'll continue to develop with added physicality. Also pitched, worked exclusively from the stretch, full arm action through the backside, works up to a high three-quarters release point, tuck at top of leg lift. Fastball topped out at 71 mph with short cut action, pitched to contact and worked around the zone, short 11-5 shape to curveball up to 62 mph when on top of the ball. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; weight begins on backside, utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing. Keeps hands inside the ball with swing, contact oriented approach, works on a linear plane and creates line drive contact to all parts of the field, bat speed will continue to develop.
