Julio Perez is a 2022 OF/ with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Miramar, FL who attends Pembroke Pines Charter. Recorded a 7.70 60-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a medium frame. Showed some foot speed and intent to the ball. Employs a high crow hop into the throw. Works through the ball well before implementing a longer arm action. Right-handed hitter and starts from a narrow base. Works into a deeper load. Utilizes a hand-driven stroke. Level swing plane and stays short to the ball with little wasted movement. Stays under control in the box and swing mechanics are overall simple. Drove liners to his pull side and showed solid bat speed. Excellent student.
