Raymond Jenkins is a 2022 OF/1B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Lakewood, CA who attends Long Beach Poly HS. Recorded a 6.78 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with broad shoulders and a very strong combination of strength and athleticism. Primary outfielder with short steps to the ball and fields off to the side. Aggressive upper half rotation with throws recorded up to 79 mph into the diamond and good accuracy. Right-handed hitter with a hanging leg lift and a deeper hand load. Short bat path and shows some hand strength. Middle of the field oriented and shows good line drive contact. Strong hips and utilizes the lower half well. Tremendous student.
