Cameron Miller is a 2027 3B/RHP, C, 1B, OF with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Nixa, MO who attends Nixa. Medium, square shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran an 8.07 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, shows ability to adjust slot when making throws across the diamond, gets the glove down and out front well, full arm action through the back, nice strength on throws across. Works to the ball well in the outfield as well, nice direction into release, shows carry on throws; similar long arm action behind the plate, young actions, gets tall out of crouch, can continue to incorporate additional footwork into release. Also pitched, big side step moving into delivery, full hands over head windup with leg lift up to waist, lands on line towards the plate. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, inconsistent release but shows running life to arm side when on top; curveball flashed tightness to it with 11-5 shape, used as an out pitch. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; loads hands back at start of swing, short shift through lower half into contact. Longer swing path to point of contact, has some present bat speed through the zone and carry off of the barrel when squared, hands work well in swing, present tools to build off of. Very good student.
