Cameron Duke is a 2022 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Princeton, LA who attends Providence Classical Academy. Big and strong athletic build. Smooth and easy mechanics on the mound, repeats his delivery very well, shows his athleticism well on the mound. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, mostly straight with occasional arm side life, strike thrower with his fastball. Flashed tightness and snap to his curveball at times, not consistent in his release yet on this pitch but shows promise. Left handed hitter, hits from a wide base with a toe tap load and a good shift into contact, dips his back shoulder and looks to pull and lift the ball, has some strength at point of contact. 7.78 runner, gets on top of his throws well in the outfield and makes accurate throws with some young carry.
