Quinten Lane is a 2022 RHP/3B, OF with a 5-10 200 lb. frame from Hinsdale, IL who attends Hinsdale Central. Medium frame with strong, physical build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.52 seconds. Primary pitcher, three quarters slot, creates good angle, fastball worked 77-80 mph with good heavy life, sinks it well, tunnels slider well out of slot and throws it with good sweep, flashed a changeup as well. Hits from even-based stance with low hands, leg lift trigger, hinges hip, flat path through zone, has strength when square. Worked out in the infield, deep funnel between feet, sits back on the ball, clocked up to 80 mph across the diamond. Very good student.
