Alex Dicke is a 2021 RHP/ with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Cincinnati, OH who attends Archbishop Moeller. Large and projectable frame with room to continue to fill out, broad shoulders. Only pitched at the event, starts his delivery with a side rocker step up to a high leg lift, stays tall on his backside and fluid through his release, takes a short stride down the mound and a compact arm action at take back, utilizes a 3/4 arm slot at release. Fastball topped out at 76 mph, pitch is heavy and gets on hitters quicker than expected, good extension out in front, creates a tough angle for hitters from arm slot, mixes in a slider with depth and sweep to it, pitches to contact and filled up the strike zone with his two pitch combination during his outing. Good student.
