Matthew May is a 2022 C with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from Springdale, MD who attends Charles Herbert Flowers. Medium frame with a stocky build. Ran a 7.61 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, worked out behind the dish with a slightly turned setup, has some stiffness to actions, moves feet well to throw with some length to transfers and developing athleticism and arm strength. Righthanded hitter, quiet setup, drifts in with a long stride of the front leg, some length to the swing path and developing barrel control that will improve with added strength.
