Tyler Yoo is a 2025 C/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Palisades Park, NJ who attends Bergen Catholic. Large, athletic frame with present strength proportioned throughout. Recorded a 7.23 second 60-yard dash time. Primary catcher, shows quickness coming out of the crouch behind the plate, moves well on feet and repeats actions, strong arm with carry down to second base, arm plays with carry down to second base. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a high back elbow with a tight hand set closer to body; loads hands in rhythm with weight shift onto back side. Swings with intent and shows power off of the barrel when squared up, best contact to the pull side, shows solid present bat speed through the zone. Very good student.
