Judah Miller is a 2023 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Halifax, PA who attends Halifax Area. Young athletic build with some young strength and room for plenty more. 8.03 runner but is light on his feet defensively and moves well through the ball, smooth glove work, makes accurate throws with some carry, left side arm strength should not be an issue in the future. Right handed hitter, hits from a very spread stance with a deep hand load, upper body swing from a still start which often leaves him late, swings hard looks to drive the ball, will continue to improve as he shortens up his approach and gets stronger. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a compact arm action that hides the ball well, over the top arm slot. Upper 70's fastball, topped out at 79 mph, mostly straight but thrown for strikes. Slider showed good shape and will be a solid second pitch for him, also developing a change up. Excellent student.
