Elias Gandy is a 2027 C/SS with a 5-6 120 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Westlake. Recorded a 8.08 second 60-yard dash time. Primary catcher with a medium frame and slender athletic build. Side saddle wide base setup on throws with quick release at 62 mph for a 2.19 pop time. Mobility to both sides with ability to pocket the baseball while receiving. Secondary shortstop with athleticism moving around and clean gather to exchange out front. Works around the ball with quick release on throws at 66 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter with a square base and high back elbow slot in the box. Toe-tap trigger stride with linear barrel path through the zone.
