Frank Menendez is a 2023 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-1 220 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Doral Academy Charter. Athletic frame with a longer torso and arms. Athletic look. Slight hip turn and lean, holding the coil to foot strike. very short arm action on the back and quick shoulder. Hides the ball until release creating deception, clear jump out of the hand. Works down with a little run to the heater with more to come as he fills out (1900-2100 rpm). Worked mostly with the fastball but flashed a very good 1-7 shaped breaker (2275 rpm) with depth and bite. Starter profile long term. Very good Student.
