Devon Ashcraft is a 2022 SS/2B/3B with a 5-6 130 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends Nolan Catholic. Ran a 7.71 second sixty-yard dash. Primary infielder that has a younger frame with room to fill out and add strength. Rounds the ball well with solid and consistent footwork, and funnels out front allowing a a clean transfer and athletic actions all together. Has some present accuracy to bases to go along with developing arm strength up to 66 miles per hour. Right-handed hitter that has an open stance, toe tap trigger and rotational lower half at the plate. Maintains good balance through the swing with line drive barrel plane and an opposite field approach. Has the actions in both the field and at the plate that will translate with added strength and size. Good student.
