Ezekiel Vargas is a 2025 OF/RHP, C, IF with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Yorba Linda, CA who attends Undecided. Medium frame with slender build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.58 seconds. Hits with very low hand set, loads them to back hip, flashes bat speed, balanced swing with stiffness to rotation, consistently found barrels. Primary outfielder, quick transfer and release, throws from ear with stiff arm, restricted lower half in stride, threw 70 mph. Also threw 69 mph across the infield, graded out best behind the plate, showed good ability to gain ground and make accurate throws. Also pitched, tight short arm stroke, fastball worked 70-71 mph from 3/4 slot, landed curveball for strikes, flashed fade to changeup.
