2023 New York Indoor Showcase (Sunday)
Zachary Broderson is a 2027 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Dover, NJ. Broderson works from a young athletic build with plenty of time to fill out and physically develop as a '27 prospect. He worked exclusively from his primary IF spot on the day, flashing an aggressive first step with active footwork and lateral range present. He displayed a full arm action with carry across the diamond up to 80 mph, a number that will almost certainly increase as Broderson continues to mature. He displayed the ability to change slots and control the body well on the run. Offensively, the righty started from an even balanced base with a high hand set and high back elbow producing line drive contact to all parts of the field. He successfully kept the hands inside the baseball with power continuing to develop in the future. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
