Jackson Wallis is a 2021 C/3B, IF with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Washington, DC who attends Woodrow Wilson. Large frame with strong, physical build; body projects well moving forward. Hits from narrow-based, slightly-open stance with high back elbow, hovering leg lift that gets down on time, gets lower half involved well, gets barrel moving on linear plane, quality bat speed present, easy swing with good jump off the barrel, consistent firm contact. Worked out behind the plate, sets low with good flex, soft receiving hand, gains ground well and makes smooth transfers, solid arm strength with quickness to overall operation, clocked up to 70 mph on throws. Excellent student.
