Spencer Boles is a 2022 OF/RHP/C/IF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Midwest City, OK who attends Choctaw. Primary outfielder with a medium frame, athletic look and plenty of time to physically mature. Athletic movements into the fielding process, clean gather off his front foot, aggressive approach with well maintained momentum into the throwing motion and showing developing arm strength recorded up to 82 miles per hour. Secondary infielder that moves well laterally, shows soft hands and smooth glove work during the fielding process. Right-handed hitter with a fairly simple operation; upright even stance with high back elbow and leg lift trigger for timing. Intent based swing with middle-of-the field approach, present bat speed and feel to turn the barrel. Flashes pull-side power potential with slightly lofted swing plane and carry to the gap. Also took a turn on the mound, sat mid-to-upper 60s with ability to command the strike zone fairly well and flashed slower curveball with 11-to-5 shape from a 3/4 's arm slot. Plenty of projection remaining with tools that translate into the games, will continue improve with additional maturity. Good Student. Named to the 2020 Perfect Game Sunshine South Top Prospect List.
