Luke Wagner is a 2023 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF, OF with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Dalton, GA who attends Christian Heritage. Primary shortstop with a medium frame and slender build. Recorded a 7.06 second 60-yard dash time. Solid actions with good lateral movement and deliberate throwing mechanics. Accurate throws across the diamond up to 73 mph from developing frame. Right-handed hitter with an open stance and low-hands set starting point in box. Short stride to get square with separation of hands to a high back elbow slot. Compact swing with linear bat path through the zone and backside release. Showed some pull side impact to the left-center gap with backspin line-drives. Excellent student
