Jake Padro is a 2023 OF/RHP, C, 3B, MIF, IF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends American Senior. Ran a 7.47 second 60 yard dash. A primary outfielder with a medium athletic frame with room to fill, showed some arm strength from the outfield with carry into the bases. On the mound he starts with a simple side step and belt high leg lift, he does a nice job staying tall on the backside and driving down the mound landing closed at times, showed a medium arm action in the back with some whip out front sitting 74-78 mph with his fastball, he also mixed in a curveball in the mid 60's with depth creating swings and misses, third offering was a true straight changeup in the upper 60's that he used off of the fastball. At the plate, his righthanded swing showed a barrel path that got into the zone quickly with looseness in the hands and some rhythm throughout the swing.
