Albert Aprea is a 2026 RHP/3B/MIF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Needville, TX who attends Needville. Aprea works out of a super projectable developing frame with athleticism and young physicality present that reveals itself on the mound. As a primary RHP, Aprea used a refined operation to extend downhill well with a loose arm action, ultimately topping out at 78 mph (1901 rpm). He consistently generated weak contact with the FB/CB arsenal, flashing solid spin and vertical depth on the breaker. From the IF, the full arm action translated across the diamond with smooth glove work also present. Offensively, the righty started with a high hand set that saw the ball deep and showed the ability to use all parts of the field. Aprea has strength in the build that will continue to see power potential increase. Ran a 8.17 sixty yard dash. Good student.

Right Handed Hitting
Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
