Calin Arndt is a 2026 C/1B, OF with a 5-6 165 lb. frame from Leawood, KS. He has an average frame for his age and is presently strong. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.56 seconds. He is a primary catcher that starts low and stays low throughout the throwing process. He has a quick transfer and release that allowed him to record a 2.14 second pop time to second base. He doesn't cover a lot of ground on his throws, so he can shave even more time off his pop time by gaining ground with his feet. Secondary first baseman that showed good footwork around the bag. He starts in an open stance with high hands and a high back elbow. He uses a leg lift trigger for timing and weight control. He utilizes his strength well with his compact swing and barrel control. He looks to do damage up the middle and to the pull side, showing serious power potential to those areas of the field.
