Ricky Kelly is a 2019 2B/SS/OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Lillington, NC who attends Overhills HS. Recorded a 7.16 second 60-yard dash time. Younger look with square shoulders and is a primary middle infielder. Short steps to the baseball with currently developing arm strength recorded up to 69 mph across the infield. Hands work well through the exchange and into the release. Lower arm slot and has deliberate fielding actions. Righthanded hitter with an upright and narrow base. Short swing with loft and some bat speed to the swing. Line drive swing path with a direct hand path to contact. Wrapped start with a downhill swing plane. Working to the middle of the field and opposite field primarily. Will be able to improve and added strength. Good student.
