Andrew Helfenstein is a 2020 OF/ with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Germantown, TN who attends St. George's HS. Recorded a 6.65 second 60-yard dash time. Tall, lanky frame with long limbs and room to fill out. Primary outfielder with a sidearm slot and arm strength recorded up to 77 mph. Gets to the ball nicely and slings the arm with accurate throws. Keeps throws low to the ground with deliberate overall actions. Can improve arm strength with additional drive off the backside through the crow hop. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and a wide base. Downward swing plane with a longer swing path. Upper half dominant swing with a smooth load and can create contact to the pull side with some authority. Good student.
