Danny DeFelice is a 5'10" 150 pound 2007 middle infielder from Park Vista High School in Lake Worth, Florida. He has a medium frame and build that is still maturing. Danny is a smooth fielder who has good body control. He has good hands and nice footwork which allow him to make plays look very easy. He also has good speed which he showed by running a 7.17 60 during the workout. DeFelice has a simple approach at the plate. He starts slightly open with his hands held high and a quiet approach. He is a contact hitter who has a short soft stride. He has a quick short stroke and a line drive swing plane. DeFelice uses the middle of the field very well. He has good hand strength and that gives him his power to all fields. Danny is a good student as well with a 3.4 gpa.
