Trevor Grady is a 2023 OF/RHP, IF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Sterling, MA who attends Phillips Academy. Square-shouldered, medium frame, with room to fill throughout frame. A 7.37-second runner in the sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder, passive approach to the ball, fielding off to the side of body. Longer arm action releasing tight from ear, recorded throws up to 82 mph. Could carry momentum through throws more to help increase carry. Left-handed hitter, starts with a wide base and slightly open stance. Short and direct to the ball. Generates good bat speed translating in power to the gaps. Showed good feel for the barrel and will continue to improve as he adds more strength. Tremendous student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
