Cole Crosby is a 2020 SS/2B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Alamo Heights. Projectable athletic body. 7.19 runner, moves well side to side on defense, has athletic actions through the ball, good exchange and gets rid of the ball cleanly, shows nice arm strength with carry. Uses his speed well on the bases and gets good jumps and reads, aggressive baserunner who puts pressure on the defense. Right handed hitter, hits from an upright even stance, quiet load leading to a smooth and rhythmic swing, leg load and quick can leave him off time but it's a solid swing when on it's synced up, projects more bat speed as he gets stronger. Solid tools and skills with a very good chance of future improvement. Excellent student.
