Wade Eslick is a 2022 C/3B with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from Tomball, TX who attends Tomball. Compact build with some present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base with a minimal lower half shift, simple and repeatable hand load, short and direct swing with a middle of the field approach, has good balance, best handling pitches up in the zone, high contact swing mechanics. Long and loose arm action from a high slot on defense, has a quick glove to hand transfer, replaces his feet well and has good lower half mechanics shifting and throwing, can improve his explosion out of his crouch. Very good student.
