Cameron San Filippo is a 2022 3B/RHP, 1B, OF with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends South Forsyth. Medium and stocky frame with broad shoulders and present strength in his lower half. Ran a 7.69 second 60 yard dash. Primary third baseman, worked out in the infield with controlled actions, long transfer with a glove pump, takes his arm back to a long arm action into throws, topped out at 72 mph across the diamond. Secondary righthanded pitcher, long arm action delivery releasing from a high 3/4 arm slot, fastball tops out at 71 mph and comes out of his hand with tumble, stays tall on his backside and can continue to improve with additional lower half involvement driving down the mound. Also worked out in the outfield with quickness to the ball, a high 3/4 arm slot release and similar arm strength as in the infield. Righthanded hitter, starts his swing with a large stride into contact, stays direct with his swing path, compact stroke with good timing, young bat speed and will continue to improve with adjustments.
