Crispin Brockington is a 2023 MIF/RHP/OF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Lilburn, GA who attends Loganville. Outstanding athletic build with strength and length and lots of physical projection. 6.65 runner in the sixty, was very aggressive on the bases with his speed. Worked out both in the infield and outfield but has much better actions and physical profile for the outfield, arm strength stands out at both positions, will have the speed to play in the middle of the field. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow stance with a high hand start, has a long and extended swing with lots of lift and raw bat speed, power approach with the ability to drive the ball, can over swing at times. Took a turn on the mound as well, works from the stretch with a simple turn and throw delivery. Fastball worked up to 84 mph with good downhill angle to the bottom of the zone. Also mixed in a soft slider and a firm change up. Very good athlete who will keep improving in all areas with repetitions and coaching. Named to the Sunshine Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
