Carson Bjorn is a 2026 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Parkville, MO who attends Park Hill South. Recorded a 7.44 second sixty yard dash time. Medium build with slender arms. Primary first baseman that moves well for the size and has a clue defensively. Right-handed pitcher works from a chest-high leg kick with a medium length stride down the mound. Shorter arm action and a lower three- quarter arm slot. Some arm speed and whip that uses the lower half well and uncoils down the mound. Slinger mechanics that lacked some control during the outing. The fastball (1846 RPM) was upper 70s and reached 80 with some occasional arm side tail. Showed a slider (1670 RPM) with 10-4 shape and some sweep across the zone. Also showed a change-up (1136 RPM) with some arm side fade and tumble. Also flashed a curveball with a distinct shape (1515 RPM). Mixed north and south in the zone with the fastball well getting weaker contact. The fastball tail was effective with shorter break. Confident to run the fastball in on right-handed hitter's hands breaking two bats. Right-handed hitter, starts from an even base and square stance with even hands and a low back elbow. Separates with the hands and swings uphill. Average barrel feel with solid average bat speed. Looks to create lift. Hit well in game clobbering a double over the left fielder's head for a double. Exciting player with good upside. Great student.
