James Joiner is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Braselton, GA who attends Greater Atlanta Christian School. Taller and lean frame with a lot of strength to project on. Primary left-handed pitcher, works out of an abbreviated windup, short side step into a belt high lift, full arm action in the back to a straight over the top slot. Creates plenty of angle and deception, showed solid arm speed and ability to repeat. Fastball had straight riding life up in the zone, sat in the mid-70s getting up to 78 mph (1700 RPM). Bigger shaped overhand breaking ball that he mixed later in counts, up to 67 mph (1997 RPM). Good student.
