Reginald Tuggle is a 2024 2B/RHP, SS, MIF with a 6-1 168 lb. frame from Conyers, GA who attends Rockdale County. Medium, athletic build with present strength and more to project on. Good runner, ran a 6.75 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, even base with high hands in the stance, good balance throughout the process and produces easy bat speed and showed ability to impact to left-center field. Adjustability in the hands and swing with intent. Found the barrel often and performed well in game action. Primary second baseman, hands work well out front, good glove presentation, big arm across the diamond, has some twitch and obvious arm strength. Gets out of control at times but has enough ingredients to play on either side of the pillow. Secondary outfielder, plays back and under control on the charge, long gather and exchange, full arm swing to a higher release, ball comes out of the hand well with carry. Big arm strength on display and was accurate, recorded throws up to 91 mph. Good student. Named to 2023 Southeast Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.
