Cory Madore is a 2008 RHP/C/OF from Coyle & Cassidy HS, residing in Carver, Massachusetts, with a 5'8"/180 pound frame. Cory has a solid frame. He pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with smooth arm action and good arm speed. Madore has an online delivery with quite a bit of effort. He has a heavy fastball at 86 mph with an 11-6 curveball at 72 mph. Cory attacks hitters and has good presence on the mound. He hits from an open stance with high hands and a top hand release. Madore has a line drive swing plane at the plate. He centers the ball well and uses the whole field to hit. Cory has a good release from the outfield with a quick arm at 86 mph and good carry. He moves well to the ball and has solid actions defensively. Cory is an excellent student.
