Brad Chaisson is a 2024 SS/OF/RHP with a 5-6 150 lb. frame from Harvey, LA who attends John Curtis Christian. Compact athletic build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow stance with a high back side set up, hanging front leg load is consistently well timed, generates good bat speed and is aggressive attacking the ball, gets nice jump off the barrel, showed power to the gaps in the games, mature approach, looks and acts like a hitter. 7.19 runner, has a full and long arm action from an over the the top slot, learning to be more comfortable throwing from lower slots, good carry on his throws. Also pitched, medium leg lift delivery, gets coiled over his back side well, good lower half drive to the plate, deep arm circle leading to a high 3/4's arm slot, good downhill angle. Worked up to 73 mph on his fastball with a curveball that flashed depth, threw strikes with both pitches. Named to the 13U National Showcase Top Prospect List.
