Cameron Flukey is a 2023 RHP/1B with a 6-6 185 lb. frame from Egg Harbor Township, NJ who attends Egg Harbor Twp. Extra long build, especially long legs, very projectable build. Works from the stretch with a very long arm action in back, whippy 3/4's arm slot coming through, repeats pretty well for his overall length. Fastball topped out at 91 mph, mostly straight, gets some carry up in the zone, plenty more velocity there potentially as he gets stronger. Threw both a curveball and slider, curveball is the better present pitch with some 11/5 shape and some depth, slider is more like a soft cutter at present. Threw strikes and challenged hitters in the zone. Good student, verbal commitment to Coastal Carolina.
