Wyatt Parliament is a 2022 RHP/SS with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Lafargeville, NY who attends LaFargeville Central. Primary pitcher with a medium sized frame, long limbs and room to fill out, 7.79 runner in the 60. Creates rhythm and tempo in his delivery, shows solid timing with use of lower half hip turn to a crossfire step to the plate. Has a compact arm action the back through a high 3/4 arm slot and extended release out front. Fastball creates a degree of arm side run and slight sinking action with a quick arm, sitting in the low-to-mid 70's, topping at 76 mph. Works quickly and attacks hitters with an aggressive approach on the mound. Shows safe and fundamentally sound movements in the infield, shows some arm strength and a solid transition to throw, projectable secondary position with added strength, shows tools to work with. Hits from a slight crouch, slightly wider base and high hand set with slight weight transfer into contact. Creates good barrel turn and displays lift in a pull side swing with a power approach at the plate. Flashes bat speed and solid barrel to ball skills, power projects with added strength to present approach. Good student.
