Cole Pletcher is a 2020 OF/ with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Kannapolis, NC who attends Northwest Cabarrus HS. Recorded a 7.63 second 60-yard dash time. Younger look and frame with plenty of time to add strength and physicality. Primary outfielder with short and quick steps to the ball. Aggressive actions and attacks the ball well. Sure actions who reads hops well. Arm strength recorded up to 75 mph but arm plays better with good follow through and carry. Accuracy to the bases. Righthanded hitter with a narrow base and small stride into contact. Closed initial start with looseness to hands and creates leverage well. Line drive contact to all fields and flashes a direct path to contact. Lined rive approach with the ability to replicate his swing plane. Good student.
