Yamil Munoz is a 2019 OF/LHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from San Lorenzo, PR who attends Notre Dame HS. Medium athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, very open stance with a big hand hitch load, wrapped barrel start, long swing with lots of barrel whip, has present bat speed and can impact the ball, pull side to mid field contact, showed the ability to fight off pitches and get to the outside half despite his mechanics, has hitting tools to develop. 6.86 runner, shows his speed well on the bases and in the outfield, attacks the ball in the outfield with smooth transfers and a quick release, makes soft on line accurate throws.
