Cee Jay Frederick is a 2007 OF/OF with a 6'1'', 185 lb. frame from West Chester PA, who attends The Haverford School. He has a nice athletic body with solid strength and some projectability. Frederick moves well in the outfield and plays faster than his 7.70 60 speed. He has an accurate arm at 71 mph in drills, although he has mechanical problems throwing that keep him from showing his arm strength. Frederick is a right handed hitter who sets up open and stays open during his swing. He showed good bat speed at the plate and had quick hands and a line drive swing. He has a nice swing plane and the strength to get the ball to the alleys. Frederick is a very good student.
